Plan For Resolving Remaining Rounds
By Larry Sullivan

BATON ROUGE, La. - After a meeting between the Division 4 Director and all of the drivers still in competition, "the plan" for resolving the postponed rounds is as follows:

1. Top Dragster, Top Sportsman, Quick Rod, Super Rod and Hot Rod will run their remaining rounds at the Summit Sportsman Spectacular at San Antonio, May 25-27.

2. Stock, Super Stock, and the two Junior Dragster classes will run their remaining rounds at the Division 4 Summit Pro-Am event at Memphis, August 17-19.

3. ET Box and No Box racers, who all turned out to be "local" racers at State Capitol Raceway, agreed to split the purse. Racers in each of the two classes will arrange a runoff at the track to determine who gets the Iron Man and Runner-up trophies for this event.
