BRAINERD, Minn. - Notes from round 3 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 33rd annual Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:
Right Lane: Deric Kramer Runs 6.772/204.76, Now #13; No Prior Run

Weather conditions: air temperature 84 degrees, relative humidity 60 percent, barometer 28.56 inches, adjusted altitude 4,121 feet, track temperature 112 degrees.

Kramer was straight down the groove to make his quickest pass of the weekend. Deric Kramer's incremental times: 60ft-1.035 sec., 330ft-2.853, 660ft-4.369/162.41 mph, 1,000ft-5.674.


Left Lane: Mark Hogan Runs 6.806/203.00, Now #15; No Prior Run
Right Lane: Dave River Runs 6.793/203.77, Now #14; No Prior Run

these two are straight down the groove to get numbers on the board. Mark Hogan's incremental times: 60ft-1.028 sec., 330ft-2.853, 660ft-4.379/161.34 mph, 1,000ft-5.696.
Dave River's incremental times: 60ft-1.039 sec., 330ft-2.860, 660ft-4.380/162.12 mph, 1,000ft-5.689.

Left Lane: Larry Morgan Runs 6.732/205.29, Now #12; Best prior run: 6.723/206.04, Was #12
Right Lane: Jonathan Gray Runs 6.681/207.34, Now #9; Best prior run: 6.666/207.75, Was #9

Morgan is just a few ticks shy of his number from yesterday, so he will stay in the number 12 spot. Larry Morgan's incremental times: 60ft-1.004 sec., 330ft-2.819, 660ft-4.332/162.98 mph, 1,000ft-5.636. No help here from Gray and he will stay in the number nine spot. Jonathan Gray's incremental times: 60ft-1.017 sec., 330ft-2.809, 660ft-4.305/164.99 mph, 1,000ft-5.595.

Left Lane: V. Gaines Runs 12.802/74.67, Now #10; Best prior run: 6.669/207.98, Was #10
Right Lane: Chris McGaha Runs 6.681/206.73, Now #11; Best prior run: 6.669/207.43, Was #11

Gaines with violent tire shake and made a quick move toward the centerline before he clicked it off. No help here for McGaha and he will stay in the number 11 spot for now. Chris McGaha's incremental times: 60ft-1.007 sec., 330ft-2.801, 660ft-4.300/164.67 mph, 1,000ft-5.592.

Left Lane: Shane Gray Runs 6.667/207.46, Now #6; Best prior run: 6.645/207.82, Was #6
Right Lane: Vincent Nobile Runs 6.654/206.73, Now #8; Best prior run: 6.659/207.40, Was #8

Gray with a good pass, but he won't improve and stays in the number six spot. Shane Gray's incremental times: 60ft-1.012 sec., 330ft-2.801, 660ft-4.295/165.17 mph, 1,000ft-5.582.
Nobile with his quickest pass of the weekend and the quickest pass of the round and he will stay in the number eight spot. Vincent Nobile's incremental times: 60ft-0.997 sec., 330ft-2.786, 660ft-4.280/165.17 mph, 1,000ft-5.567.

Left Lane: Jeg Coughlin Runs 6.650/207.78, Now #5; Best prior run: 6.636/207.91, Was #5
Right Lane: Dave Connolly Runs 6.643/207.37, Now #6; Best prior run: 6.645/207.78, Was #7

A couple good looking passes with Connolly making his quickest pass of the weekend and the quickest pass of the round. Dave Connolly's incremental times: 60ft-0.999 sec., 330ft-2.783, 660ft-4.275/165.44 mph, 1,000ft-5.559. Coughlin with the second quickest pass of the round, but he will not improve. Jeg Coughlin's incremental times: 60ft-1.000 sec., 330ft-2.789, 660ft-4.282/165.13 mph, 1,000ft-5.567.

Left Lane: Greg Anderson Runs 6.632/208.39, Now #4; Best prior run: 6.632/208.26, Was #3
Right Lane: Jason Line Runs 6.622/208.49, Now #2; Best prior run: 6.633/208.39, Was #4

It is the Summit teammates here and they run the two quickest passes of the round. Anderson ties his qualifying E.T. from yesterday and will stay in the number four spot. Greg Anderson's incremental times: 60ft-0.991 sec., 330ft-2.778, 660ft-4.268/165.64 mph, 1,000ft-5.552. Line with his quickest pass of the weekend and he moves up to the number two spot. Jason Line's incremental times: 60ft-0.996 sec., 330ft-2.776, 660ft-4.262/165.84 mph, 1,000ft-5.543.

Left Lane: Allen Johnson No Time, Now #1; Best prior run: 6.614/207.98, Was #1
Right Lane: Erica Enders-Stevens Runs 6.634/207.85, Now #3; Best prior run: 6.630/207.69, Was #3

Johnson did his burnout and then was shut off as he started to stage...Enders-Stevens with the third quickest pass of the session, but she still holds on to the number one spot. Erica Enders-Stevens' incremental times: 60ft-1.003 sec., 330ft-2.784, 660ft-4.271/165.80 mph, 1,000ft-5.553.
